Flash roofing & Exteriors has partnered with Service Finance Company, LLC, a nationally licensed sales finance company and an approved FHA Title I Lender.
The clients of Flash Roofing & Exteriors has a choice of five loan solutions, with varying down payment and interest rates. This gives our clients the flexibility they need to have the ability to finance purchases of roofs and home improvements.
Service Finance Company, LLC, (SFC) is a nationally licensed sales finance company and an approved FHA Title I Lender.
SFC provides many financing solutions for construction project including
- Roof remodel and major repair;
- Installation of insulation;
- Siding repair and replacement;
- Construction of additional rooms to your house, such as sunrooms, laundry, or an extra guest room and bathroom;
- Remodel of existing kitchens and bathrooms;
- Construction of outdoor kitchens;
- HVAC installation;
- Installation of windows and doors;
- Installation of flooring;
- Solar installation.
This gives the customers of Flash Roofing & Exteriors the flexibility of financing projects they may not have otherwise been able to schedule in a timely manner.
We assist our clients through the application process and work with Service Finance Company direct for the payment from the loan. Once we receive payment, we will begin your project.
